The owner of the online store www.lendela.ee is O\u00dc Klepsu (registration code 16826096), located in N\u00f5va
15-9, Tartu city, Tartu county, 50106.<\/p>\n

Validity of the sales contract, product and price information<\/strong>
The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.
The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A fee is added to the price
for delivery of goods. All prices of goods sold in the online store are in euros.
The fee for delivering the goods depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery.
The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when completing the order.
Information about the product is provided in the Webshop directly next to the product.<\/p>\n

Forming the order<\/strong>
To order the goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, you must
fill in the required data fields and choose the appropriate product delivery method. Then

customer’s bank and credit card data. The contract enters into force from the amount due

The online store will return the returned goods to the buyer immediately upon receipt, but not later
if after 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal, all from the buyer on the basis of the contract

The online store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the goods have been handed over to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, repairs or
